This is a terrible loss. Thank you for sharing it!!!! I looked at the website and cried with you.

When the tears from your eyes stop running for a moment, think of that:

he lost his body, and your grief is that you won't see him or talk to him this lifetime

but he only lost his body, he is alive as a being

people never die they just lose their bodies, sooner or later

but there is no death to beings

and we are all beings not bodies

My heart breaks for you... A very good friend of mine lost her son in Iraq 3 years ago and she said that no one will ever know what that pain is like unless they too have lost a child.. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers..and thank you for sharing the beautiful tribute and pictures of your son..

Oct 1/09 - I-751 package sent

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

It hurts so much, not to be able to offer advice, ideas, etc, like we do for all this immigration stuff. It makes me feel like my journey is so trivial right now.

But Cutie n Purg, KNOW we are here for both of you, to hold your hands as best we can, to try put a small smile on your face, to do everything we can for you two to be together, to help you keep you on track through this heartbreaking time.

K-1/K-2 VISA'S APPROVED IN MONTREAL MAY 2, 2005

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
