Our I-130 spousal application was also approved last week! Our case was 'being actively reviewed' from 23 October 2023 and approval on 9 February 2025 - 475 days total. We contacted our local congressman shortly before Christmas and he said that he would contact USCIS, but it's hard to tell if it actually made a difference or whether the process just ran its course! 

 

We've already heard from NVC, so we hope that the remainder of the process is a lot quicker, but congratulations!! Hopefully soon this will all be a distant memory

There must be very few cases approved before 1 year. At least based on all stats publicly available.

Received NVC email today (interestingly over the weekend) after approval on Feb 11. So, NVC email is currently taking less than a week.
