Just got a third email for the third week from visajourney that my approval estimate is "Any day now!". On February 2, 2025, that date will coincide with USCIS's case processing time for spousal stand-alone i-130 of 16 months. Will visajourney be as accurate or less than the estimate given by USCIS? I'm not sure if there are filers from September 2023 still waiting for an approval or have an RFE and still waiting for approval. It could be that some do not update their timeline. We will wait and see how things go after Trump's inauguration.

No estimates are accurate. Neither VJ nor USCIS.
