I take it this timeframe means nothing?

Yeah, don't pay much attention to the USCIS estimate.  It will likely fluctuate wildly during your petition processing.

Same here. I received 3-4 for the passed two nights. But this morning I checked online and it had a new drop down under “sections” labeled “my progress”. When I check there it says estimated time until decision 3 months.

LPR filing F2A for Child under 21:

Filed I130 online: 12OCT23

Receipt Notice: 12OCT23

Service Center: TSC

Multiple Emails stating action taken on case: 12-14OCT23

Estimated Time for Case Decision 3 months as of 14OCT23

Three more action taken on case emails: 15oct23

Yes, I have now received 4 "an action has been taken..." in my first week. But my progress started at and stays at estimated 7 months till decision. My NOA says TSC, i realize that can change at any time.

Yeah mine is at TSC too. I field for my daughter, I’m a LPR, I’m worried if she will get approved by USCIS and NVC in time before she ages out. She turns 18 in November. She is in Philippines.

My case progress changed to:

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS October 20, 2023

Yes, my case is also showing as under active review since October 18, 2023. and my estimated time to decision has dropped from 7 months to 4 months now. But based on what I have read in this forum these updates mean nothing.

Also, literally daily (too many times to count at this point) I get an email saying an action has been taken on my case, but I see nothing when I log in. Must be a bug, or they are touching my case every day.
