F11 processing time

My dad who is a US citizen filed for my three kid sisters who were below 18 and myself but i was 24 that time in Nov. 2017 in Ghana, my sisters have gotten their greencard visa a longtime but my visa status is F11. so how many years will i need to wait before it come. Also I travel to Australia to further my education this year. In case it comes, do i need to go back to my country to do everything or i can do my interview in Australia.

They are currently processing F1’s from January 2015, so a few more years.  Yes, you can leave for study in a different country.

You can do your interview in any country you have either citizenship or legal residency at the time of your interview. So if you are still studying in Australia, with a valid student visa, at the time of your interview, you can do your interview there. All police checks must be in accordance with the NVC guidelines and depend on your citizenship, country of birth and countries where you have lived and for how long
