Filing I-130 to apply for IR5 visa for my parents from India

I am a US citizen, I am trying to file I-130 for my parents for ir5 visa. My Indian birth certificate has different last name for my mother. In India it's very common to have name mismatch on multiple documents. What should I do in this situation. Should I explain USCIS or correct my birth certificate mothers last name before filling I-130?

Thank you for your help and suggestion!

To correct means to fix a mistake/error. That doesn’t seem to be the case here, you were born with your actual last name that you have. I think trying to change a name on a correctly issued birth certificate is akin to fraud.

I don’t think this is an issue, there are many ethnic groups that do not even have the same last name as either of their parents. I personally know them and they all went through US immigration with no issues

Do you mean that your mother's last name was incorrectly listed on your birth certificate?  Like, her name is listed as "Jane Dot", but she's actually "Jane Doe"?

Can you give an example of the names to better understand?  Also when you fill i130 form you can list all the names your mom have used before.
