The average, as reported by other VJ members, is 370 days.  Have you made an inquiry to USCIS ?

I don't even know how to make inquiries, because according to USCIS timeline the earliest I can ask them any questions or initiate any inquiry is April 24 2024 , is changing address effects the case you think, coz I had to change my address twice last year 😔

That could be problematic for receiving USCIS mail, even if you reported the address changes.

Do you have an online account, and if so what does it say when you log in?

I have an account and things aren't even moving there , like no answer at all . While in the mean time everyone on this platform who applied the same application on the same day with me they all got their approvals . And I couldn't figure the reason that why mine is crawling like an injured snail 🐌

I think the USCIS.gov published processing time for 129-F is still 16.5 months, so you’re right around that.

You're absolutely right I agree with that , but how come they processed all other cases and not mine , I'm just asking everyone here if that's happening to anyone else as well or it's just me alone in this sinking boat  😌

First off, have you checked your case status online to see if they sent you an RFE or got any returned mail that they sent to you?

Assuming you did, and it just says "case received", there were nearly 4000 cases submitted in the month corresponding to 400 days ago.  There are 4.5% of those cases, about 186 still remaining to be processed. Just in the last 7 days for that month (August 2022), they approved 56 cases and sent out 38 RFE's.  So either you didn't get the mail, check your case status online, or you are one of the 186 remaining cases.  There are so many reasons why you are still remaining.  You have not provided any useful details about your case, for everyone here to make wild speculations on what might be the reason it is undergoing deeper investigation or has been set aside due to issues .. how many pages was your app, what country, ages, visit, what did you submit, etc etc

But to answer your question, you are not alone, 4.5% of all cases that month ... just check your online status

Thank you for a detailed answer , and thanks to everyone else as well I appreciate everyone's time and thoughts. And yes it makes sense that they pushed me to the bottom because I had a thick application with a lot of supporting documents needs a lot of investigation. And then initiate an answer of some nature. I thank everyone again

Have you considered contacting your congressperson to put in inquiry on your behalf?

Yes I did , She says my case is within the posted time frame by USCIS , wich is true , according to the congresswoman as long as my case is processing normally within the posted estimated wait time then they can't do much about it 😕 , which I understood and standing in line .

That is not entirely true. While USCIS supplied processing time actual decreased to 16 months from 16.5, actual processing is more like 12-13 months. Now regardless, congressman can put in requests that might make USCIS see if there is something specific that made your case stuck. Remember, you have 2 senators and one congressman that all of them will have form on their websites specifically for "help with federal agency" They can't force USCIS to make a decision, but they can for sure at least put in requests.

Good luck, and hope you hear something sooner rather than later!
