Missing Documents from Pre-Interview Email

Hey, Can anyone help me understand this message,

"Please note that several documents are missing or need to be corrected in your case. You have to provide/upload to your case via the CEAC:

  • Provide US phone number of the petitioner
  • Proof of relationship between yourself and petitioner"

We got this in his Pre-interview email, but I am very confused. First of all, my phone number is on our application, and they have our marriage license, lease agreement, etc clarify what our relationship is. Secondly, how would I even correct this...where do I upload a phone number? Are these just things they want us to physically bring to the interview?

Thanks!
