Interview wait times in Seoul?

Hey! We scheduled the interview for my fiance with the embassy in Seoul a couple weeks ago. To schedule there is a log in and then a scheduler, there's a picture of it in this link:

There was much less availability when we scheduled (we could see December, but there was no availability in December when we registered). We still had a couple handfull of dates to choose from, but it was about 10-15 days with availability rather than 65-ish like seen in the picture.

My fiance was very careful as the website for scheduling is known to lock people out of scheduling for 72 hours (as mentioned in the link above as well) for clicking around a moderate amount or logging in repeatedly.

Oh, and I realize I didn't answer the first question about wait times. We were able to schedule on 2023-09-22 and the earliest day available then was 2023-10-12, which was just about 3 weeks out at that time.
