Wow! Wow! Wow! Congratulations, Neel! I thought this day would never come! (As I'm sure you did too! hahaha) Maybe ours will come soon too!!! Best of luck to you on the rest of your journey and I bet your I-129F will be approved within a day or two, so hang in there!

Neel, Jenna Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soooo happy for you.. :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Don't worry too much about I129 because chances are they are touched and approved sometimes CSC is slow in letting know about I129. I am pretty sure they both are approved, Just wait a couple of days to hear from them. Or, better yet call them using the RFE trick. Good luck :thumbs:

Both of you got touches on your I129F after quite some time. I am sure those are approvals as well. Those emails have been delayed by a day or 2 for others approved recently at the same time.

What is RFE trick? just curious...

Of what I gathered, it goes like this, you call the USCIS 1800 number, then you enter you reciept number at which point it will transfer you to CSC, here the only way to get a real person on the phone with you is by selecting the RFE option as if you are calling about an RFE you recieved even though you didn't recieve one. Once you get a real person on line, you ask him/her. "hey dude/dudett I got me an approval for I130 and touches for I129, I am worried the touches for I129 might be for an RFE, can you check for me," ideally at this point the guy/guyess will check and reply "No its not an RFE but your I129 is approved".

At this point you stay calm till you hang up the phone and then go nutts....you just got urself through the first phase of getting your spouse to be with you :).
