Are you referring to grade school?

Any school records that will demonstrate you qualify.  Since you've lived in the USA, your whole life, probably no need to show elementary school records.

For CRBA, it is NOT "the last five years".  It's any five years since birth and any two years since turning 14.  They really like to see school records, which are easy to get.  Start here now.  https://mx.usembassy.gov/passports/births/

I’m so baffled by this. I’m a U.S. citizen with a birth Certificate. A passport, I’ve lived here my whole life and paid taxes for 30 years. And I have to prove I’ve Lived here with more? I’m not trying to be arguementative, I just don’t understand why all the games when I’ve obviously lived here.

What school records are you referring to please?

For birth on or after November 14, 1986, the U.S. citizen parent must have been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions

***for five years prior to the person’s birth,***
at least two of which were after the age of 14.

this says the 5 years prior to the child’s birth. Maybe I am misunderstanding this.

For them, it is NOT "obvious".  You can pay taxes in the USA without living in the USA.  They want "evidence" not "testimony".  Just read everything you see at that link.  The reason they like school records, is that they are actual evidence you were in the USA attending school.  Don't be dense.  Any school records.  Schools keep records on students.  Transcripts but also other records.

You added a "the" that is not in the requirement.  It's ANY five years, and any two years.  You could qualify if you lived in the USA until you were sixteen, left, and never came back.

I copied and pasted per attached.

Ok but so if it’s any 5 years why not the last 5 years? How would I know which 5 years they want?

You TYPED the word "the".  It is not in what you posted.  They don't care which five years.  ANY five years MINIMUM.

I mean not in what you PASTED.  You misinterpreted and added THE five years.  There is no "the" before the five in what you pasted.  Read carefully, and interpret literally.

I clarified.  Not what you PASTED, but what you typed.  Yes, high school records would be an example.

You pasted text and then commented on it.

I strongly advise you to drop the incredulous attitude and just follow the instructions.  Read them carefully, interpret them literally, and act accordingly.  Pay attention to the absence or presence of little words like , and, if, or, and the.

Push I appreciate your help, I don’t have an attitude, just a lot of frustration with this whole process, our govt, and I’m doing my best to try to get through all this.  I asked for clarification because I obviously wasn’t understanding what you were trying to illustrate. Obviously I thought you were talking about the pasted text.

Your brain added a "the" that was not there.  Your frustrated "why" questions, demonstrated you were (at that time) incredulous.  Lot's of unanswered "why" questions.  Best to get over it.  Do not expect to enjoy the CRBA interview experience.

Ordered a personally copy (not for agency) of my hs transcripts. I also have verified I have 7 years of bank statements and activity from my bank. I have my first marriage record and divorce record, leases for the last 4 years. I already discarded the lease from the 4 years before that as I was on a month to month after the first year. I have passport with stamps. Birth certificate. I have email statements from utility companies going back to 2010.

how’s this for a good start?
What am I missing?
