Having a baby while paperwork is processing

Thank you all who helped me out on my last post! I've decided to stick with the fiance visa. So my new question is while everything is being processed i'll have my baby, will this effect anything? Do i need to let them know in the I-130 that i'll be having a baby in june?

If you are the USC you do not need to inform USCIS that you are having a baby. Also, the I-130 is not a petition for a fiance visa. You would use that if you are already married. For a fiance visa you need the I-129F.

You can let them know, but letting you know out of experience, they dont care if we are pregnant or have a baby. I have a almost 1 yr old son who hasnt seen his daddy yet, and its on the I-129F, including pictures, birth cert, and many mentions of his daddy being in romania, and my process hasnt gone any faster than anyone elses.

You being the US citizen, the only way your baby could affect you is in the I-134 (Affidavit of Support). You will need to earn enough money to meet the Poverty Guidelines for a family of 3 (you, your baby, and your future husband).
