We will be filing our K-1 in May and I am going through everything and making sure we have all of the information so that in May all we need to do is put it together and mail it.

Today is the day I am going through getting previous addresses with work and for apartments.

Questions:

Until recently I have worked for the same company since I finished University. My office was in three different locations. Again it was the same company...even in the same city. Should I list all addresses or just one??

Next My first apartment right after Uni I can't for the life of me remember the apartment number.

I have been searching for the address...ended up calling to leasing office and they only keep records for 3 years. Now do you think it would be alright to list the address for the Leasing office that is on site at the complex??

Just fussing I think but if someone could give me some information I would be thankful! Very infact! :star:

This is what you do - if it is the same employer - list the most recent address - in case they try to contact the employer - (seldom if ever done.) If you can't remember the full specific address - its Ok to just put down the street name (if you know) - I used just the name of the city and state and put a statement like "lived in Detroit, MI while attending college - 19XX through 19XX" - It's understandable by the authorities. Good Luck

Thanks!

See the problem with the whole work stuff is that I was the Employer...the addresses were for my direct offices...The Home Office was states away in Chicago.

Maybe I will put the last address then the home office address!!

Thanks for the reply... :)
