My wife is still waiting for her GC to arrive in the mail.

To the OP: Did you receive any NOAs prior to the GC arrival & after the card production ordered- email?

I have received the GC and Notice of Approval at the same time.

Don't worry sometimes it would take 9-15 days before you received the GC after the card production ordered-email.
