Please help- fiancé petition approved then sent back to USCIS for review

Hello can someone please help. My fiancé petition was approved and then days later the status shows it was sent back to USCIS for review. We were never given a case number and NVC doesn’t show they ever received it so no luck checking with them. The country is Nigeria if that helps.

This happens on occasion when NVC finds something, such as a clerical error, that the USCIS needs to rectify.  I haven't heard of anybody having any negative outcome other than a small delay.
