Did anyone sent messages (on any issue) to USCIS through the online account?

Did they reply? How many days did they take to reply back?

My N600K is pending.

Meanwhile emergency health issue came up . I am thinking of sending a  EXPEDITE REQUEST.

Anyone raise Expedite Request earlier?

any information from the members very much appreciated

Thanks CEL2023. I saw SirenDoll's  messages also. I tried USCIS via Phone and Emma also. For N600K cases they are not able to open Expedite Requests. They said computer is not allowing them to open Expedite Request. I asked for email of National Benefits Center. They said they don't have email for the service Centers. They advised me to send a message through online account.  I did that. After waiting for 10 days, as there was no response, I again contacted USCIS by phone. This time USCIS Grade 1 officer advised me to send expedite request with documents by regular mail. I did that about a week back. By regular mail (india Speed Post) it is expected to take about 3 to 4 weeks to reach USCIS National Benefits Center. So I am waiting.

 

Did you had any Success in Expediting?   My Expedite request is on medical grounds. Please share any tips or information useful to me and other members of the forum,  if you feel comfortable to share. That will be helpful.
