Nowadays a lot of people do what has just been described by op, live like room mates. If USCIS went that route of asking what he wore last night, it’s because they must have visited the area and maybe must have spoken to neighbors before interview was done and they may conduct more visits. This is definitely not looking good for op, very few married couples will live in separate rooms and op’s reason for this is "since Covid". Take to the advises here and start getting ready for a lawyer in case things go deeper south.

The decision is not made yet so I can apply for citizenship maybe?

and what if I gets denial after they review? If so. Can I remain in US until I appeal on the court?

You have to remove conditions before you obtain citizenship.   Strongly advise you to focus on your ROC case.   You got a stokes interview which is atypical, and now the fraud section of the field office is involved.   You will likely be denied.

Do you currently live with your husband?

2018, and I got conditional green card in 2020.

we don’t share the room just because of health condition.

If you got your conditional green card in 2020, you don't qualify for naturalization based on 5 years, it would be 3 years. You don't start counting on the day you married, you start counting from the day you received your green card in 2020.

I found this in a previous post and I think this makes approval much less likely:

OP spent a significant amount of time in a different state (without her spouse) and even got a driver's license in that other state, which made her a resident of that other state. This, on top of not being able to answer some basic questions about the marriage, and not being able to show comingled finances, makes this a very, very weak case.

While I initially advised OP to just wait and see what the outcome is, I now believe that denial is very likely. If this is a genuine marriage, it is definitely time to get a lawyer involved and see what can be done.

Thank you for this valuable information. Now everything falls in its place.

No, because in order to qualify for the three year rule you need to have been married and living in marital union for three years with the same USC spouse that gave you the residency. Apparently you even have a DL from another State, so no, don't apply and waste $$.
