How to send inquiries to us embassay islamabd pakistan

Hi I'm applicant of IR2 visa i had my interview in august but received 221g they need photo progression which i send them and after 10 days they email me to send them passport as my case need to be completed before final review 

 

It's been a week since i send them passport but no change in status still refused

 

however i want to send inquiry but the contact information share on 221g slip is not available now

 

how do i send inquiry to embassy
