IV Case Ready but not available error

My Case ID on the NVC tracker is showing ready status, 

but I can't complete this step on the website ustraveldocs to get the payment slip and to schedule the interview

We received the same message.  Also, Amman Embassy.  Also "Ready" Status. Also, already paid.  Also, It won't allow us to schedule.  Received no Embassy-assigned appointment.  Also, Received the same error message.
