Am i correct in reading about the new fees for 1-485.

1. I-765 is now included with the new fee structure.

2. biometric fee is also included.

3. I-130 is still an additional fee of $355.00 on top of the $1010.00.

I guess we will be paying the new fee as we didnt get enough time to get all the documents and evidence in order.

1 YES as well as I-131 is included.

2 YES

3 You only file the I-130 if adjusting status from a visa other than K-1 and K-3, if you entered the country on visitor's visa for example, you need to file I-130 to get an immediately available visa number for on which the I-485 can be based, in that case you will pay the additional $355. K-1s paid the fee when filing I-129F, and K-3s pay the fee when filing I-130 and I-129F for their visa.
