Bringing sibling to the us

Hello 

my brother is 31 year old . He is unmarried willing to relocate to the USA. He did his MBA from Pakistan and have over 5 year of experience in management and administration . Please let me know how he can immigrate himself to the U.S  the fastest possible way .
i m his only sibling and I am us permanent resident.

You can sponsor him for a green card once you become a citizen. Not a quick route though. 
 

Or he can look to see if he’d qualify for an employment or investment route.

He finds an Employer willing to sponsor him.

Just FYI the employer will need to petition him. It’s not an easy way and not super fast too. For the siblings visa you need to think that will take at least 12 to 15 years approximately.

 

As others said, just a US Citizen can sponsor a sibling. He cannot come in tourist visa and adjust status.

 

If he is super qualified for a job and a company here want to spend a lot of money to bring him, will be faster than siblings visa but is not easy at all.

There is no "fastest possible" way.  All legal ways involve a long wait.  The sibling petition route is the longest - maybe 20 years.  I doubt he could get a work visa with his background, but he can always try to find an employer willing to sponsor him.  That route will also take years.

Since your brother is unmarried, try to hook him up with a US Citizen girl. Get married. File an I-130 petition. He could land in USA within two years. That is the easiest way.

So long as the marriage is not for the purposes of evading immigration laws in the US, that's an option.

In India & Pakistan arranged marriages are still popular. There is no fraud or other hanky panky. It is just parents or immediate relatives find a suitable bride/groom and they get married in short notice. No year long  or longer dating etc.

Marriage for immigration benefit is fraud.

Next logical step: he realizes marriage won't survive, divorces and files WAVA? Dating is important to learn who you're marrying in my modest opinion. Of course, not all societies work the same.

Many Indian girls living in US wants arranged Marriages even in the 21st century. Especially some professionals like doctors who were so keen to finish their medical education and residency and were finally past their prime. I know a few who got hooked through arranged marriages and brought their spouses over as immigrants. I don’t know how it can be deemed as immigration fraud!

Arranged marriages are one thing, but suggesting entering an arranged marriage solely for immigration to the U.S. is fraudulent.
