When to expect Welcome packet?

Hi I just got my NVC receive letter on September 15 for Poland Warsaw, the email says it takes several weeks before they send out the welcome packet to us. Is there any more exact dates on when I might receive it and what to expect? 

 

So far I helped my fiancée complete the DS-160 and have started working on my forms for the  I-134. I've gotten a statement from my bank and paystubs and 3 years worth of tax fillings, job said they could not provide a written letter of employment so I hope this will be enough for the I-134. Is there anything else I could do for now? Or just wait on the emailed welcome packet?

they will send instructions within 1-2 months
