Hey guys , please I have a question . If The date on my visa expiration is December 1st 2023, can I leave to the US on the 21st of November 2023? 
please is it allowed ? That’s leaving 10 days to the expiration of my visa

I should be fine ? Sorry I need to know if it’s allowed as in with certainty . Whether or not I’ll be allowed in by the border control officers at point of entry

yes, u r as visa is still valid

the big issue is that week is Thanksgiving week here in the US with the most traveler's by plane than any other week including the following weekend 

And therefore the costs skyrocket 

check the prices for that week against the week before 

 

i can not find a city in Mississippi called Arizona so i have no idea what airport u would be using

The expiration date is exactly that.  You must enter on on or before that date.  There is no difference if you arrive one, ten or 100 days before the expiration date.

It is not the same as a passport where you need six months of validity.  Your visa is good until the date it shows, but most here will recommend not waiting for the last day as you can never predict flight delays or cancellations.

Yes @Laurenta. You can leave to the US on November 1st, 2023.
