You know those are not guaranteed right?

It is. I did it. I detailed the process and is pinned on VJ.

You need to contact one of the 26 US PP processing locations.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I’ve tried calling, sending a letter to the FO and sending a message to USCIS via their inbox, but to no avail

Your interview was less than two weeks ago.  If you keep bugging them you’re going to piss them off and they’ll put you at the end of the line. You’ll have to wait.

7/11 is not 9/11, somehow you're the second person in this thread to make this mistake.

Just seems like it takes a while for things to happen in St Louis indeed. On the US bankruptcy page there's a schedule for all future ceremonies but not much else.

True. However, bugging them when they are within the 120 days obviously is not yielding the results that this person wants

So sorry you’re going through this. Out of curiosity, what does your online status say?
I’m in Florida, and my FO is Montgomery, AL. My story is almost identical to yours. I had my interview on 7/11 and was recommended for approval. They were having “system issues” so they couldn’t naturalize me that day. Haven’t heard Jack from them since. I’ve tried calling, sending a letter to the FO and sending a message to USCIS via their inbox, but to no avail.
They are legally obligated to give you a decision 120 days after your interview, but apparently that’s not enforced unless you take those incompetent ####### to court.
Again, I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. It’s absolutely unacceptable and enraging. I feel your pain.

Have you heard anything?

Finally naturalized today. It took me writing a letter to the immigration officer who interviewed me to get my case moving. So glad to be done with uscis.
