I have a quick question regarding my father’s expedite case, I heard if request gets denied, it causes further delay in normal interview processing time atleast 6-8 weeks, I want to bring my father in usa faster to take care his medical conditions immediately by expediting his case but don’t want unnecessary additional delay in his normal interview processing time in case of denied request either, stck in between. Wondering if anyone here experienced it, please share your experiences/suggestions.TIA!

It does not seem to make any difference having said that you do not have a strong case but free to try.

Usually it is only issues the petitioner can prove affect him that will result in an expedite.

You have plans for medical insurance for your dad?
