Hi everyone,

Currently, I am on a work visa in the US. I want to bring my parents and sister on b1/b2 visa. Their family immigration is also in process. what are the chances for them to get visit visa? Should I submit their application combined to separately?

Zero chance. Don't waste your $$

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

They can apply (you don’t apply for them/there is no petition or sponsorship), but their chances are low, because they’ve already demonstrated plans to immigrate, so why would they return home?

All members need to submit their own DS160 based on their own circumstances.  I believe they can request the interviews be at the same time when that time arrives.  You can help them with filling out their forms, but the applications are still their own.

This being said, I tend to agree the chances are low based on the little information you have shared and the fact that there are pending I130s, but if they do have strong ties to their home country, they can certainly try.

Good Luck!
