Congratulations! Just wondering, do they email all applicants who are approved? where do u check your status and how?

I want to know the status of both my EAD and AOS application.... I applied end of May.

You can go to this link https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp and create a customer account. This way if there is a change to your case status you will receive an e-mail. Also you can see when your case has been *touched*.

However, I have seen instances where people's case status was changed or approved but they did not receive an online update.

Well I casually went to the post box to check for my EAD authorisation notice but then I found my EAD Card...........YEAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! All this drama and stress for a tiny little card!! Finally I can get my SSN and driver's license.
