Hi there, I am looking to travel to the USA as a tourist. I have an assault causing bodily harm charge from Canada from 2013. I served 80 days of a 120 day sentence for this. I no longer live in Canada and I have been back in the UK for many years. What process would I need to go through in order to travel to the USA for a holiday?

Apply for ESTA.

If denied, apply for visit visa.

You must disclose your criminal record in relevant questions on the forms.
