I am filing DS-160 for my fiancé.  She has 2 children that will accompany her.  I know I have to file a separate DS-160 and pay fees, for each one.  K2 for the children.

Do I need to make separate interview appointments for each person, or can the children go to my fiancés interview with her?

K1 & K2 may interview together with just 1 interview timeslot.  But the K2 children's names must also be listed in the K1's appointment confirmation letter.  IIRC, the online scheduler has a field where you enter the names of the family members who will be interviewing together with the primary applicant.

Typically separately scheduled so they can prepare all the needed up front paperwork for the children but it will depend on the consulate.  Your consulate instructions should indicate how they want it handled
