What a mess! And Jim is either obtuse or not familiar with children born out of wedlock to USC.

18yo boy called when he was 17 - was obvious that his father married his mother when his divorce had not gone through.

Not sure why Jim did not steer him to try to get expedited CRBA or US passport as child of USC while under 18.

And also why does Jim not advise them to at least file I130s for the sons while they are under 21.

Now I am hooked on the show and feeling annoyed at Jim!

Dang you made me watch it 😂

The most disturbing part is that he does not take a moment to either do quick research or say I don’t know the answer…rather than sensationalize  OHhh They Don’t Like you ! They know you are trying to put something over on them.”””

This particular caller already submitted a timely  CRBA and truthfully answered all  questions ( marriage overlap of parents) . He was asked to provide fathers divorce from 1st wife and all he has to do is comply …consulate will determine out of wedlock without need of new filing .
After that consultation, poor kid is afraid to just submit divorce and was told his case is sooo bad..Hacking won’t take it…brrrr

Would love to see the regulars who watch and catch such big boo boos , drop a few lines in the comment (not chat) sections.

I recall @crazycat posted he made a few such corrective comments.

I think he has said that he got something wrong on subsequent shows, but not very often, sometimes he asks if anyone knows to mention in the comments and sometimes he does not know and will find out

But quite a few howlers

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
