Hello again dear community, I just signed up this forum to track progress my journey.

I submitted the forms online yesterday but a question stuck in my head.

130A does not need a signature if wife is overseas. However did we have to mention this in the "additional info section" at the end of the form?

We just left the signature empty, put the date and filled everything else.

We didn't add a note that says "beneficiary is not in the usa, therefore she did not sign it"

was this required? if so how can we fix it?

thanks for all the answers in advance.

I remember that there is a question about the current address in the I-130A form. If this address is not in the USA then it is obvious that she doesn't have to sign it. So no need to add a note.

Correct....AND...the I-130 asks questions that are only applicable if the beneficiary is currently in the USA.  No worries.

Nope -- not required to put a note in the additional info section.
