Hello, I downloaded I130A and filling it with adobe software.

In this field (9.b) it is forcing me to enter a DATE for my current address. I still live at my address and I cannot type "current" or "present"
should i leave it blank? it is forcing me to choose a valid date but there is no "end date" for my current address.

I cannot type anything other than date in the field i show in my screenshot. (where i entered 99/99/999)
Some people say, i need to enter today's date but will it look like i stopped living at my address today?

please advise or share experience, thank you for your help.

Correct answer is today's date. It will not be misunderstood.

thank you sir so much.

just had another question on this same page:

My spouse is outside of the USA. i learnt that she does not have to sign the I130A.

Is it ok if we still enter the today's date on "signature date" ? or should we leave it blank too?

Not needed. We just left it blank and in the additional info section at the end referred to 6a and b in that section and wrote “no signature needed, beneficiary outside of USA” ..you don’t even need to do that, but I’m just a stickler and want to make sure things are super clear.

Thank you for reply. I wrote the day (today's date) but there is no signature because spouse is outside of the USA. do you think putting the date will be a problem?

How are you supposed to indicate current address on the online I-130 form?

It's asking for where I have lived in the past 5 years, but when I enter my current address, it requires an "end date" in the format of MM/DD/YYYY. What do people usually enter?

Today's date? Some date in the future?

The form won't let me save without giving a valid end-date, which is inconsistent with how the website seems to work in other parts of the site. Any words on what others have done is appreciated.

Or do we not include our CURRENT address in the 5 year history because we already entered it on the previous screen?

Any help is greatly appciriated, i am stressed about this :(

Enter today's date.  Do NOT enter a signature date.  There's no signature.

Not a problem, just clearly not the proper thing to do.
