Hello all,

I am hoping for some reassurance on recieving the noa1. I'm from the UK and fiance a US citizen obviously (I don't think country makes a difference?) and we filed a pretty extensive I-129f package (triple triple checked we did everything correctly) and sent it off via Fedex to the correct lockbox (again triple checked) which tracking states it was delivered Friday 18th August.

We did not ask for a text or email confirmation and so are waiting on the post, but we are now in week 4 and nothing has been recieved. We also used a cashiers check so we can't use the "withdrawal from the bank" method to check if it's been processed either. Surely if we had been rejected for filing error we would still hear back via a rejection notice instead of just silence?

I am rather hoping we are not the anomaly here as I am terrified it's gone missing or it's been knocked off a table into a bin by accident etc. (the imagination is running wild ha!). We don't want to call or email for no reason if we are being too premature with our concern as we know we might just be told to wait.

Any advice appreciated.
