Variety rule with variety documents for different categories applicants...for ds260 they don't need this but when i mentioned ds160 they asked for this letter...I said even I hv case no. But they said a letter that's tells medical instructions n all other details...It's good you are done with this...

No worries, it's just the matter of time. I have my medical done but struggling to find an open slot for biometrics & visa interview. You're stuck with medical exam. Let's hope for the best!

The best time to try for the slot booking is 8pm IST for the one's who is doing from India. But we need to check on a regular basis, coz I paid the Visa fees and in 3 days I was able to get the slots for the Biometrics and the Visa Interview slots. Please do try to set and alarm for 7:55pm or 8pm and try for it continuously refreshing the page. I opted for a Mumbai VAC because i got the documentation from there itself.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
