Hello! I am a US citizen petitioning for my husband and our daughter. I moved to Poland with my mom when I was 14. Since then I have been only visiting my father in the States every summer so I do not have a domicle in the US. My question is - will I have to leave my family here in Poland and travel to the States alone to establish domicle? Or is writing a letter in wich I state that I have intent to establish domicle enough? Thank You in advance for any advice.

A self written letter isnt enough … You will need evidence of establishing domicile as a minimum .. and the consulate can require that you already have domicile .. it varies Case by case and with each consulate.

You will need a joint sponsor unless you are transferring with  an ongoing job and the income is continuing .. or you have liquid  assets sufficient for the I864

Yes my Father will be my joint sponsor. Dang I was scared that I’ll have to leave my daughter and husband behind… their interview will be in Poland and I know how strict they are. This sucks.
