Hi, I have a question about Part6,7 on I-129. I’m a beneficiary, preparing the form and translating some evidences. (I’m gonna put my signature for translation) Do I need to fill out Part 6 and 7 as a preparer and interpreter?

I would appreciate it if someone could help me!

I assume you mean the I-129F petition form for K1 fiance?  If so, that form should be submitted by your US citizen fiance.  Is your USC fiance really not fluent enough in English to fill out the form?  If the USC petitioner is fluent enough, then the preparer and interpreter sections of the I-129F should be left blank.

Thank you for answering my question:) Yes! The I-129F petition form for K1 visa. I misunderstood the question in Part 6(interpreter part)! I thought I need to fill out the part cause I translated hotel receipt from Japanese (which is my fluent language) to English. I’ll put N/A on the part. I’ll still have a question on part 7. Even if beneficiary prepared half of the petition, does beneficiary not need to fill out in part 7? The instruction says “the signature of the person who completed your petition, if other than you, the petitioner”

No problem with you and your USC fiance filling out the I-129F together.  No need for you to sign as form preparer.  Just leave that section blank or write "N/A".
