Timeline

Hello everyone,  please I need your help. I marries my husband in September 29, 2022,we have both been married before then and we filed Adjustment of status in November 9, 2022. We got rfe in same in month November 30, 2022 and we replied in December 9, 2022. He received his EAD in July 29, 2023 and since then, we haven't heard from uscis. My question is when is likely for us to be scheduled for interview. Thank you 😊

The reported processing times (for 80% of applications) for the I485 at the Louisville field office is about 13 months.  So maybe an interview in December 2023, or 1st quarter 2024.
