my N400 is over the normal processing date which was last year October , is this a generic reply from online enquiry or i should expect on or before 60days as stated ???

Is it really generic? I’ve sent multiple inquiries and have always gotten “it is processing” but this is the first time I’ve gotten this same response as OP.

Same situation for me. November and I got the same reply. It's been 40 days since I got the reply. So 20 more days and I can call back

Same notice here except it says 90 days. Pending I751 I think is holding it back. Will likely contact them after the 90 days and see what's up. Next escalation will be omsbudman, then congressional representative l, and then a lawsuit mid next year.

 

Can we just reflect for a moment that the federal government is so incompetent that a paid for service takes years to adjudicate and causes many people to bring suit against the government itself? Heads would roll in private industry for this.
