NvC hold for no reason [merged 3x]

Hello guys,

 

my case been stuck at nvc since July 13th, and they been saying that is undergoing AP now this is the latest response I got from them that the case is documentarily complete and they schedule interview. the US consulate casablanca Morocco scheduled the interviews for k1 not the nvc as stated in their response. this is very confusing and I'm not sure what should I do. somebody else went similarly situation.

Sounds like there's nothing to do but wait for your interview to be scheduled. What is confusing you about the screenshot above? It's good news that you are now DQ'ed and not stuck in AP.

That would be the response for  a spouse visa

your post says K1

 

that would be sent directly to Casa for them to schedule and u would need all the K1 doacumets

your timeline says interview approved 

 

so,  this is confusing

if you read that is my timeline in 2013. I have new k1 visa case now so that what I have received from NVC its k1 nor spouse visa

Still this message is one we get for spouse visa as the K1 is not DQ by NVC /it goes to the embassy

 

I see this timeline only

What did you do to get the case sent over to the embassy finally?
