RFE for I-864

Hello everyone!

Received RFE for AOS today. I'm sending out missing W-2s and 1099s tomorrow.

Do they want those for the most recent tax year only or the last three years?

Depends if you sent them returns for 2006 or 2006,2005, and 2004.

The RFE letter doesn't specifically say for which year/s they request W-2s and 1099s.

Should I send everything I have then?

Yes send for past 3 years. Or better yet get simple IRS transcripts, call IRS and order the simple ones for past 3 years and send them.

If you sent the returns for the last three years, send the W2s for the last three years. I just sent for last year, 2006, and I got an RFE for W2 etc., so I am only sending my W2 for 2006.
