Filing N-600k Online application

Hello , i am trying to fill out N600K online application for my two daughters . I have some questions

1. What we should write in "What is the child's name exactly as it appears on the child's Permanent Resident Card?" if we live outside the States and childs are not having LPR cards.

2.What contact details should we input for if we are living abroad "How can we contact the U.S. citizen parent?" . Questionnaire allows only 10 digital phone number . 

3. Same question for "How can we contact the U.S. citizen grandparent?" if the grandparent that is sponsoring the application is abroad.

4. How do i fill a second N600K application? I am getting the following message " You already submitted form N-600k or started a draft. You cannot file a new one" .

1. Paper form says “if applicable. So leave blank

 

2. Get a virtual U.S. phone number
