Beneficiary Address Change?

Hello.

My husband lives abroad and may need to move. Does the USCIS online address change form work for the beneficiary as well?

Does his address change even need to be notified to USCIS?

I understand it's important if he were in the USA or if the sponsor moves. But I'm not seeing anything about a beneficiary living abroad.

Any information helps

At what stage are you in the process?  USCIS, NVC, consulate?

USCIS, I-130 still pending

No need to notify USCIS about the beneficiary's address change, and no need to update the I-130 petition.  At NVC stage after the I-130 has been approved, just list the updated address info on the DS-260 and I-864 forms.
