15 months for part 1 (I-130)

 

Overall, 2-2.5 years

wow I have been waiting 13 month so NVC took 2 years.

2 -2.5 years for entire process. Hopefully you'll get I-130 approval in the next 2-3 months.

 

But NVC and getting visa may take 6-12 months. It may be faster, but at least I'd be ready for that.

My mom case was sent to the department of state today.

As said above, that’s for the whole process. But it does depend on who you’re sponsoring and which consulate they’ll be applying at, it can take much longer depending on those things. If you can fill in your timeline then you’ll get a more accurate idea.

I did receive  me by email January 6, One day after they say me cases move to NVC.

USCIS website not allowing me to change the total number of persons in my household, and also not allowing me to fill my current employer information on the affidavit online.... Did anyone had this issues too
