Secondary. To some it's a small inconvenience, to others it's an intimidating process.

I don't consider secondary as worthy of a "difficulty entering" caution.  It's pretty much standard procedure when someone enters with an extension letter, isn't it?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Not sure, I was lucky to never go to secondary when travelling with extension letter.

I think wife did a couple times.  No big deal to her.  Just another airport delay....

It should take about a week to get you the greencard if not less.

Here's a timeline

Jul 25 - Card being produced

Jul 27 - Card being sent

Jul 31 - Card delivered (but not really)

I second the informed delivery.  Make sure to inquire the post office also when it says it's supposed to be delivered and a tracking number should be provided in the case status.  They sent me 2 pieces of mail, one green card and one approval notice.  Both came on the same day, but the green card was not delivered while the notice was ( I thought it was odd why would there be a tracking number for the notice; but it was actually for the greencard which was not delivered), so I didn't inquire the post office until it updated with green card was undeliverable and being sent back to USCIS.  Now I have to try to get them to resend it back to me.

I do have informed delivery but don't see anything yet that could be the card, and I don't see any tracking number in the status update either. It just says to contact them September 22nd if we still haven't received it...

What you should see in Informed Delivery is package titled "USCIS - Lees Summit Production Facility" and USPS tracking number. At least this is how it was in my case. No image provided, it was at the bottom of email.

Crazy the things that we just begin to accept as "normal", eh?  At least she doesn't have to deal with that anymore!
