*****I would appreciate if this can be pinned*****

Alhum du lillha, On the 10th, I officially became a US citizen! I also applied for a passport on the same day and opted for expedited processing, which should take around 2 weeks.

Reflecting on this milestone, I can't help but reminisce about my journey, which began way back in 2007 when I was a complete newbie navigating the complexities of the immigration process. I vividly recall signing up for visajourney, feeling lost and uncertain about where to begin or what documents to include with my application.

However, it was the kindness and support of individuals like you, who generously offered guidance and assistance, that propelled me forward. From that moment in 2007 to this significant milestone in 2024, it's been quite the journey - one filled with challenges, triumphs, and countless learning experiences.

While my personal journey may have reached its destination, I'm committed to paying it forward. I won't simply disappear into the sunset now that I've completed my own immigration process. Instead, I'll remain available to offer support, guidance, and information to anyone embarking on their own immigration journey.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this incredible chapter in my life. Here's to new beginnings and paying it forward!

May 22nd I took my oath and became officially a U.S. citizen.

what a journey it has been and I wouldn’t be able to do it without this community. I wish I can tag everyone personally who has helped me in some way but I just want to express my appreciation to everyone and if you’re still in the process. Please hang in there. Your efforts and patience will soon be rewarded!

Anyone still waiting to get interview letter in this thread

The September 2023 thread has been quiet for a while. If I remember correctly, everyone in this thread has completed their interviews. When did you file?

You can easily find this information publicly using status trackers online. You will see how many cases are pending from filers in this time range there. It may be more efficient that posting this message in various threads on VJ trying to get stats.
