Hi All,

Haven't seen a thread for September filers so just create this.  Filed N400 application online on 9/3/2023 and got Biometrics reuse and case being actively reviewed right away.

Good luck to all of us!!

just filed mine today and received the notice.  yall lucky ^^ Seems like i have to do biometrics

Estimated time* until case decision:

approx. 9 months

Next Steps: • We will schedule you for an appointment at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for you to provide your fingerprints, photograph and/or signature. • We will mail you a separate biometrics appointment notice with the specific date, time, and ASC location. Please wait until you receive your appointment notice before going to the ASC.

I filled n400 today based on 3 years marriage and I'm still living with my husband I live in Chicago does anyone know how long is the process and I have one concern my husband filled for divorce in 2022 it was pending for 5 months in court but we reconciled and the case was dismissed will that affect my application

September filer here :)

Just filed today September 8th based on the  3yr rule and received the receipt number. I don’t know if they’ll reuse my biometrics yet since I haven’t received any other updates so far ( it’s only been an hour and it’s Friday night so hopefully by Monday)

Wife just filed her N400 yesterday, got the receipt and re-use letter immediately. Estimated time of 10 months which is perfectly fine, but our attorney told us she is seeing interviews in the 4-6 month range at our office.

Man... this online interface is so nice compared to having to send in reams of paper.

Did you check the documents section on the USCIS website? I didn't get any notification, but there were two documents in that section and one of them was the biometrics reuse notification.
