I'm trying to schedule a B2 visa interview for my brother and uncle. Does anybody know if I can schedule one interview for them together or do I have to schedule two interviews separately? The interview will be held at the US embassy in Manila.

Thank you!

Hello,

My understanding is that all tourist visas should have an individual interview appointment. The immigrant on the other hand is different. For example, my sibling who is an F2B beneficiary, he has a choice for her daughter to accompany him with this trip or to join later. If he chooses the first one, then during the interview her daughter can join him, but if her daughter joins him on the later date then she has a different appointment interview date. Or for example my friend was hired as a nurse, her husband and children was with her during her interview.

note: A minor child can be accompanied during the interview.

Manila allows scheduling of family members on the same interview timeslot.  My mom and I interviewed together for our B1/B2 visas years ago.  Our appointment confirmation had both of our names.  But I'm not sure if USEM will be ok with non-immediate family members interviewing together.
