Yes the receipt  number is with IOE by online processing does that means is it better or worse? lol

Also just on USPS e-mail i see 1 letter coming in today from USCIS

I don’t really know. This is what I pulled from the web: “Those IOE forms mean that your case is being processed digitally, which is usually good news because those cases tend to flow through the system a bit faster.” If anyone else has input, please share!

Hello,

it’s been a while back to this forum and just wanted to make sure I’m on the right thread. Got my GC on January-20,2021 and I believe you have to file for the extension (10 year GC) 3 months prior to the expiration.
Am I in the right thread and discussion group?
also would appreciate if anyone can list the forms to be filled for this process.
Thanks in advance.

Wouldn't that mean your GC expired in January of this year? Also they have plenty of resources in the forum but also check the guides to see what documents are recommended to send in with your application. Best of luck!

Marriage-based AOS Timeline:

Aug 11: Sent packets to USCIS - I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765 and I-131

Aug 15: USCIS received packets

Aug 17: Checks cashed, NOA sent

Aug 30: Biometrics is scheduled

Sep 23: Biometrics taken, status updated to "USCIS is actively reviewing your case"

Oct 8: RFE for Birth Certificate (it was submitted with initial packets), submitted evidence online

Oct 9: USCIS received evidence and will resume processing my case

Nov 5: Interview was scheduled!

Dec 8: Interview day!!!
Dec 8: I-130 and I-485 approved!!!

Dec 16: Received GC

At the bottom of my extension letter it says my case ended up at the Texas Service center... and after checking the USCIS' processing times for TSC, I realized this might take a lot longer than I hoped for 🤣

My wife did her biometrics appt yesterday and now showing it's actively being reviewed. fingers crossed it moves fast

That's the same as my wifes case.  It changed to actively reviewing later the same day as her biometrics appointment.  I have a feeling actively reviewing is where it will stay for a very long time.

Wife's I-751 status was "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"  from May 2019 until December of 2022.

If I were wagering I would place my bet on my wifes case being settled at a combo interview like a year and a half from now.  Though the phenomenon of IOE I-751 cases introduces a new dynamic that is as of yet not completely clear.  Viewing the fascinating statistics here https://www.casestatusext.com/forms/I-751/IOE-LB I can see 6 i-751's in our IOE-09-222 group submitted within a few days from us, are already approved.  I'll assume they were expedited for cause.

I'm not aware of expedite requests for I-751s.

It's likely USCIS randomly approves newer cases to bring down processing times.

Then maybe we can win the lottery again like our 48 day I-130 approvals.😁🤣😂  Or maybe that was where luck ran out.  I hope they realize that if they are trying to artificially improve their processing time statistics they could get double the statistic manipulating impact by approving a CR1 CR2 case early.
