I would just say send what you can. My approach in general is to try to connect the dots for whoever is reviewing the file. So for example, we had a couple of shared credit cards where statements weren’t generated during certain months because we didn’t spend anything on them. I still made sure to put a placeholder in the packet explaining that no statement was generated that month. Your explanation of why the transcript is not available would be along the same lines.

FWIW, when you do get the transcript it would probably be useful to upload to the unsolicited evidence section in myUSCIS (assuming you don’t get it until after you file the I-751).

Thanks JKL!

Just an update on the timeline:

Well, the biometrics situation is becoming rather dubious.  My wife has has the whole "ASC Appointment Notice" for biometrics scheduled Monday October 2 in her online documents.  My stepdaughter has an identical "Appointment Scheduled.pdf" showing in her online account but of course when you click on it you get  "{"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":"","userMessage":null}}" rather than a pdf.  Neither of them have received the notice in the mail although it says it was sent Sept 15.  So Monday, my wife will be fine for biometrics with the printed online notice.  It does have the QR code and everything.  We will pull our daughter out of school and take her along on the basis that we can see an undownloadable "Appointment Scheduled.pdf" in her online account issued at the same time as her moms so a logical assumption would be that maybe it would be an appointment at the same time.  I've read mixed results of people showing up for a biometrics appointment without the printed notice in their possession. But at least we can say we made a best good faith effort to attend an appointment we have never received.   Luckily the ASC center is only like 20 minutes drive for us.  It's really shocking how truly incompetent USCIS really is.  I'm quite certain we are as diligent as anyone could possibly be and we have one notice that is available online but clearly never actual mailed,  and another that is clearly listed online along with a time stamp, file name, and receipt number, but not actually viewable due to an IT failure.  And of course it was never really mailed either even though it says it was.

Just looked back through this thread and it looks like no one has received a paper biometrics appointment notice in the mail yet. We’re still waiting on that, too.

I wouldn't actually be concerned myself yet, except the appointment for my wife is this coming Monday and we can't actually see my stepdaughters appointment notice.

I managed to confirm my daughters ASC appointment time by trial and error on the online reschedule biometrics page.  Putting in her info for one hour after moms appointment on Monday would allow you to reschedule.  putting in any other time says "appointment not found".  So, one hour after moms appointment on Monday must be the actual appointment.  Then I went on Ask Emma live chat and ask them if I could get a copy of the ASC Appointment notice.  The agent said they would e-mail it within 24 hours and at least sounded like he knew what he was talking about.  So at least that sounds promising.  We will see if I actually get the missing notice by e-mail.

And indeed they did e-mail the biometrics notice.  Appointment is Monday as I surmised.  So, receiving the biometrics notice by postal mail?  Not working.  Documents in online account?  Not working.  Proactive vigilance followed by an unreasonable amount of detective work and Ask Emma live chat.  Success in getting the appointment notice notice e-mailed.

Hi fellow September filers! I sent in my application like a week ago and haven't received anything in the mail yet.

When I filed my AOS 2 years ago I had an app that would send out notifications anytime there was a change with my case, does anyone know the name of that app? I'm tired of checking the website every 2 hours lol

Here's my timeline

9/23/23 - Shipped through USPS

9/25/23 - Packet received at Phoenix lockbox

9/27/23 - I-751 added to my USCIS account, stating case was received. No pdf uploaded

10/2/23 - Received text with receipt number, stating I-797 letter will come in the mail

They still haven't cashed my check.. Oh and my receipt number starts with IOE, I can't remember if that's supposed to be good or not. Finger's crossed for all of us this will be a speedy journey ☺️🤞

Marriage-based AOS Timeline:

Aug 11: Sent packets to USCIS - I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765 and I-131

Aug 15: USCIS received packets

Aug 17: Checks cashed, NOA sent

Aug 30: Biometrics is scheduled

Sep 23: Biometrics taken, status updated to "USCIS is actively reviewing your case"

Oct 8: RFE for Birth Certificate (it was submitted with initial packets), submitted evidence online

Oct 9: USCIS received evidence and will resume processing my case

Nov 5: Interview was scheduled!

Dec 8: Interview day!!!
Dec 8: I-130 and I-485 approved!!!

Dec 16: Received GC

It should come in mail this week based off your timeline. We got ours 11 days after it was delivered to p.o box.

No Mails received yet for all of the above.

It should come in mail this week based off your timeline. That seems like the normal timeline.

We received a notice that they would reuse biometrics and that we did not have to do it again, but that the biometrics fee was not refundable.

My wife and stepdaughter completed biometrics earlier today.  Just now my wife had a status change to "Actively Reviewing".  Now that biometrics are done I imagine the cases will go into hibernation for the next couple of years until her Naturalization interview comes up.

10/2/2023 --  Biometrics appointment date.

10/2/2023 -- Wifes case status changed to  "Actively Reviewing"

"Lawfully" is perhaps the most popular. You can use it free without their paid services.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lawfully.lawfully_ai_tracker

"Case Tracker for USCIS" is simpler and doesn't need you to create an account or anything so I prefer that one.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.saldous.casetracker

I think since a few months ago they have been scanning all I-751 cases into ELIS for processing electronically and giving them IOE numbers.  Theoretically it would be "good" but only time will tell.  Good luck to all.
