Just got in the mail today a letter with my access code and whatnot, created a myuscis account and popped it in and saw all my documents I sent along with a PDF showing the 48 month extension.

Very cool, didn't have all that when we did the AOS years back

The PDF of the extension letter just showed up in the Documents section of myUSCIS for us as well (no physical letter received yet).

Curiously, there is one scanned .tif file in the Your Uploads section right now which only includes 25 of the more than 800 pages of evidence we sent with our packet. Will be interesting to see if that is ever updated.

Nothing here yet.  It seems clear that the G-1145 failed.  I double checked that it was included, filled correctly and nothing went to spam or anything.    Since they charged my credit card I suppose it really doesn't matter and hopefully I should get a letter next week but it's annoying that we are in the dark over a USCIS failure.

I have seen that complaint many times with paper I-130's that got IOE numbers and were scanned into the system.  It never seemed to cause anyone any problems with their case but it seems to be a known phenomenon with cases scanned by USCIS.  I wish we could do an online filing as I'm  confident I could make PDF's that are much easier and more coherent to review than a big stack of scanned pages.

Same with us for the G-1145, no text or email was ever sent.

Quick question folks… we will be filing/sending out my wife’s I751 application next week, however we can only include 2021 joint fed tax transcript.  I have 2 business entities and will be filing on or before Oct 16, 2023.  The business taxes have to be done first before our accountant can file our 2022 joint tax return. Will it be suffiicient just sending in with the I751 application an explanation and a copy of the IRS file extension form and a receipt showing I included/paid $5000 to IRS in case of owed taxes?  My wife’s green card will expire on Dec 2, 2023.  I dont think there will be enough time to wait for the 2022 tax transcript.

We appreciate any input/opinion on this matter.

Thanks folks!

Well this seems to be moving along quick... just got notice of Biometrics now being scheduled 2 weeks from now. Do they not reuse biometrics from the AOS though? Seems weird because she did it twice already back when we did the initial app

Not every case gets biometric reuse. By default, everybody should do biometrics, but then many get it reused. Reusing biometrics was also related to COVID. I wonder if they're asking more people to come to the appointment now.

You should always expect to have your biometrics taken with every single petition you file. Some get their reused, but the normal is still to have new biometrics with every petition.

I would just say send what you can. My approach in general is to try to connect the dots for whoever is reviewing the file. So for example, we had a couple of shared credit cards where statements weren’t generated during certain months because we didn’t spend anything on them. I still made sure to put a placeholder in the packet explaining that no statement was generated that month. Your explanation of why the transcript is not available would be along the same lines.

FWIW, when you do get the transcript it would probably be useful to upload to the unsolicited evidence section in myUSCIS (assuming you don’t get it until after you file the I-751).

Well money order cashed on the 12th. Still not receiving any receipt notice.. Elgin lockbox

My credit card was also charged on the 12th but nothing yet here and no e-notifications or myUSCIS updates either.   By USCIS standards you really couldn't call it past due though.  I'm not sure if anyone in the September group has actually received the paper I-797 receipt notice yet.  Most of those who commented here were seeing the pdf copies materialize in their MyUSCIS account.   That does not work for us either, so I assume we are waiting for the online access code letter so we can add the case.

Yay! Finally some exciting action.🤣  This Removal of Conditions was getting boring.  Informed Delivery just popped up with four letters from USCIS scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.   I can already see that two of them are the 48 month extension letters for my wife and stepdaughter.  I can't tell what the other two are yet.  I'll see tomorrow.

9/6/2023  --  I-751 packet mailed by USPS Priority Mail.

9/8/2023  --  Packet received by Phoenix lock box.  Tracking said "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility".

9/12/2023 -- Credit card charged.

9/20/2023 -- Extension letters and other letters from USCIS appear in Informed Delivery

So I received the extension letters for my wife and stepdaughters and online access letters for both.

However, still no online access.  When trying to add the case by Receipt number I get the following error and no option to use the online access number. It says. "You cannot add this case to your account because it has already been linked to a USCIS account".  What I suspect happened is somehow they created a new account rather than adding the cases to the existing accounts that have their I-130's. I think maybe I could create new accounts with the online access codes they sent but multiple accounts per person seems, not ideal.   I sent them a message and see if they offer any solutions.

Case status for both is "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent.
